This is a washed coffee that is a blend of AA and A grade sortings from the Korgua Estate. The estate is located on the Kuta Ridge of the Waghi Valley of Papua New Guinea and is owned by second generation coffee producer Brian Leahy. Leahy's father first explored this area in the 1930s, and established Korgua as one of the very first coffee farms in the area. The coffee has a dark chocolate, raisin, blackberry, and brown sugar flavor profile.
Our calculator assumes 8oz cup with 10g coffee, but you may use more or less depending on your strength preference. This is just an estimation.
