Came in for a pour-over and grabbed a bag of their espresso blend to take home. The poor over was light and balanced and I’ve been loving the espresso at home. Heads up they are mostly wholesale and don’t have espresso on-site, so no lattes or cappuccinos available.

Vince, Sam and their team (Gareth, Dylan, and Katie) are lovely people and really know their stuff when it comes to roasting coffee. They don't do specialty coffee drinks but excel in their niche. They specialize in roasting and selling beans (be sure to check out their large Sivetz roaster on site!) with the added bonus of a hot coffee bar giving you a chance to try before you buy. Worth stopping in for a hot cup of coffee (get the Brazil:) and hope to come back!

Tried this on a whim when I was in the shop and was blown away by how much I liked it. The first sip hits you with a creamy nuttiness and settles into a pleasant earthy flavor. (I don't know coffee snob speak, don't come for me)
